Why This Coffee Carlota Is So Special

There’s a reason the coffee carlota dessert has become a no-bake favorite in so many homes. It’s creamy, cold, and bursting with delicious coffee flavor, just like Broga Ground artisan Coffee, the soul of this recipe.

Need a dessert that impresses without hours in the kitchen? This one is your best friend. Simple, quick, and delicious from the first spoonful.

Ingredients for Your Perfect Coffee Carlota

Broga Coffee: The Heart of This Dessert

This is where the flavor lives. Its deep, balanced roast gives every layer character and richness.

       You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup strong brewed Broga Ground Coffee
  • 1 can of condensed milk (397 g)
  • 1 can evaporated milk (360 ml)
  • 1 bar of cream cheese (approx. 190–200 g)
  • 1 pack vanilla cookies (will depend on your mold)
  • 2 packets unflavored gelatin (approx. 14 g )

🍫 Optional toppings to impress:

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder or ground cinnamon
  • Dark chocolate shavings
  • Crushed cookies or chopped walnuts

How to Make Coffee Carlota Step-by-Step

1. Brew the Coffee and Make the Cream

Make a strong cup of Broga Coffee (use 2 tablespoons per cup). Let it cool completely.

In a blender, mix the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and cream cheese. Add ½ cup of the cooled coffee. Taste it—if you want a stronger coffee flavor, go ahead and add a bit more.

2. Prep the Gelatin

Place the 2 packets of gelatin in a bowl.

Add room temperature water and let it set.

Microwave for 15 seconds to melt, then mix with a spoonful of the cream. Finally, blend it all into your creamy mixture.

3. Layer It Up

In a rectangular o circular baking dish:

  • Dip each cookie briefly (1 second!) into the remaining Broga Coffee.
  • Lay down a layer of cookies, then a layer of cream.
  • Repeat the procedure until you fill the refractory and finish with a layer of cream.

4. Decorate

Before refrigerating, dust the top with cocoa powder or cinnamon.

When serving, add chocolate shavings or crushed cookies. Bonus points: place a coffee bean in the center of each slice. It looks amazing.

The Broga Coffee Touch That Makes It Unforgettable

Broga Ground Coffee isn’t just any coffee. Its artisanal roast brings bold flavor without bitterness. Smooth and naturally aromatic, it blends beautifully with dairy-based desserts.

It’s perfect for those who want authentic, flavor-forward desserts—simple, yet elevated. Broga transforms a humble Carlota into a moment of joy.

âť“ Coffee Carlota FAQ

Can I use a different type of cookie?

Yes! Chocolate cookies work, but vanilla (like MarĂa cookies) offer the best balance.

Can I skip the gelatin?

The Carlota won’t set properly. You can try unflavored jelly or agar agar, but results may vary.

Can I use instant coffee?

You can, but the flavor won’t be the same. Broga Coffee gives the dessert its signature richness.

How long does it last in the fridge?

Up to 4 days if covered well. In fact, it tastes even better on the second day.

Can I freeze it?

Not recommended—the texture will change. It’s best enjoyed fresh from the fridge.
